I welded in the remaining T1 tube and I also drilled oil holes in all the bushings. Since the tubes stay in place, I took a tip from Bill Johnson and drilled 1/8th inch holes should I need to lube the trim drive when I recover the tail in 20 years!
With the T1 tubes welded in, I assembled all of the tail again to check the alignment of the trim drive tubes. Amazingly enough, they lined up perfectly! I was a happy camper! On to the trim drive belcrank.
