Brief Description:  Elevator Tubing Pt.2

Well, what's more fun than taking an 8ft piece of 4130 tubing and putting in some random radius sections into the entire bend and have it lay flat at the end? Answer: make another that matches the first. That's basically what I did most of the afternoon and evening. Started out with straight tubing and ended up with a pair of training edges. The second actually came out a little better than the first, so I kept tweaking the first one here and there until it lined up and dropped into the jig blocks on top of the other. Now they are a matched pair. It may be anal, but I really want the surface area of the elevators to be the same. Tomorrow starts the layout of the spar and ribs.
