My mechanic friend started on the floats ater about 18 months out side his shop. The skegs were removed and he asked me if I would take a look and fit the new steel pieces. I saw the rivets were removed but the drill holes wandered a bit. In my friend's defense he is a metal guy and doing this when there isn't any other work. Needless to say he has been busy! Hs has a helper for the summer and the helper needed practice drilling out rivets, so my floats were an easy target for OJT! No worries though, I'll get them up to snuff.
