And so it starts. My friend separated the bulkheads from the float barrel and the fun begins. This stuff is so hard to remove! I first started with a specially made aluminum scraber of my own design to try to break the thick stuff down. Next, wire brush and LOTS of brake cleaner. THat is the only stuff that would cut it quickly. Acetone, MEK, etc, didn't do as good a job. It's a mess!!!!
