Brief Description: ACK ELT Remote Switch Location Part 2
I finally decided on a location for the ELT switch and it wasn’t in the panel. I put it in an aluminum pod that I got off Amazon and I’ll put it on top of the glareshield. I’ll use Velcro to attach it in case I ever want to move it to a different location. I’m doing all this because the ACK ELT can be a high-maintenance item. I’m not impressed with the quality or design of the remote switch system.
