Started the horizontal stabilizer front spar assembly. Match drilled the holes for the spar channel and reinforcing angles. Tapered the ends of the reinforcing angles and bent them to 6 degrees per the plans. Trimmed the excess flange material off the 2 spar channels and drilled the relief holes. Polished all of those cuts up and bent the spar flanges to 6 degrees to match the reinforcing angles. Dimpled the 4 inboard holes on the spar flanges and tried to countersink the 4 holes in the reinforcement angles. Made one of the countersink holes too deep and ordered another reinforcement angle from Van's.
