Layed out and cut the final size for the right flap skin. The root end requires a complex (faceted) cut. Fabricated the flap rib assembly; W06-05R and Left. Decided to depart from the plans slightly as they would have you trip out a large piece of the forward flap skin; this is required to fit the flap rib assembly. I think they do this because it is easier than cutting out a slot. I thought it would look better to leave this skin on; others have completed this same alteration. There is no structural change. It isn't hard and I think it looks more finished.
