Checked piston rings to assure appropriate gap. Cleaned and oiled them. Placed Piston to calculate deck height. This is fairly simple. Mine was a negative 0.02. Therefore, I only needed one 0.09 shim.
Set up cylinders for placement. Red RTV per spec to the shim and deck. Installed cylinders. One side at a time. The circ clips are annoying to place but no significant issues.
Placed super tins.
Cleaned the heads and placed head gaskets. Prepared the pushrod tubes. Placed the head and needed to adjust a few of the pushrod tubes for length. Installed and torqued the heads per the very specific instructions. Repeated for the other two cylinders.
