I took every piece out of the jig and cleaned all the weld points. Then I put everything back in the jig and tacked each part. Then I flipped it over and tacked the other side. Then I welded the corners and next I finish all the welding. When I put the elevator in the jig after welding it required a little tweaking but not too much.
