I actually started yesterday but did most of it today. This time to form the trailing edge I formed it in place using multiple blocks and bending the tube as I went. That worked a little better than moving the tube back and forth to a fixed bending block. That’s the only difference from the other one so it went pretty quick. I did end up making a "practice" trim hinge when the two hinges didn't align very well on the first one.
The elevator is completely welded. The vertical stabilizers and elevators are ready for fitting to the fuselage.
