I put all the fuel tank straps and hardware together including the rubber strips. I bolted the straps into the fuel bay. I spent a lot of time trying to pulled the straps tight enough to secure the tank but the straps kept coming up too short to connect the long straps to the short straps. I finally surrendered and decided to make some new short straps and make them 1/2" longer. I made the new short straps and cleaned and primed them.
