I spent all day yesterday cleaning up the shop. Including going though all the tool and miscellaneous boxes. I found a few things I've been looking for.
Today I leveled and shimmed the right wing. Using the laser level I checked alignment of the mounting holes and made a slight adjustment and also leveled the main spar. I set up the plumb bob to watch for twist. I also marked all the ribs with a center line and put some painters tape on the nose rib tips.
I decided to bend all the panels now so they are all ready when I need them. Andrea was going to help me but just when I was ready to start she was heading out the door to "go shopping". So I had to figure out a way to do it with one set of hands. I filled some baggies with bead blasting material and used them for weight to hold down the panel. That work okay.
