I drilled and clecoed the gussets to the left flap. The 2 center gussets were already cut out but I had to deburr and form them. I also drilled all the holes for the skin to spar attach,
After al the holes were drilled # 40 I drilled open the holes that are # 30. I ruff cut the hinge opening and marked the final cut open in the skin. I then disassembled the flap. After it was disassembled I drilled two more holes in the attach angle to rear rib to correct my mistake of having only 3.
I deburred everything except the nose skin. I still need to trim it too. I should be able to finish up the left flap tomorrow.
