I trimmed the nose skin ends and hinge opening to final size then I deburred it. I didn't spend as much time deburring the end and hinge openings because after the other flap I noticed that there was still some more trimming to do, plus it was easier with the nose skin attached.
All the other parts were deburred and dimpled as necessary. I then assembled the flap and filed and deburred the nose skin ends and hinge openings. Then I took it all apart again.
On the right flap I match drilled a couple more holes in the rear rib and attach angles. I also dimpled the rivet locations inside the hinge opening and the flap ends.
