Brief Description:  Pulley cable retainers, aileron pulley at strut

I bent the cable retainers to fit as outlined in Eric's manual - including the extra long strap that clamps to the support frame to keep the retainers from rotating. I drilled and mounted the retainers with the pulley. Looks like I'm going to need to get longer bolts than what I have.

I then made the aileron pulley bracket that attaches at the strut. I cut a 3/4" strip of .100 4130 steel plate on the band saw and cleaned up the edges. I made one bend at a time by clamping the piece in a vice then checking it against the plans. Then I welded the .100 doubler on. I drilled the holes and mounted it at the strut locations. I mounted the pulley and ran a 1/8" line to check the alignment. The way the line routes the pulley needs to lean toward the strut to properly align the cable down the strut. I had to put each bracket in the vise and bend the legs just a little until it tilted correctly.
