Brief Description:  Aileron bellcrank parts

The last time I was working on the Bearhawk it seemed that I was spending a lot of time looking for something. Even tools that I just had in my hand seemed to be hiding every chance they got. I figure that means it's time to clean up and reorganize so I spent a good part of the day yesterday doing just that. I even organized and labeled all my AN bolts and hardware. Now I won't have to dig through the box and read each label on the bag.

After I finished cleaning up today it was getting hot so I thought I'd quit for the day and just go inside the house where the AC was. I was browsing other Bearhawk websites and I came across Eric working on his Bearhawk and sweating to 90 degrees and 90% humidity. That made me feel guilty so I decided to go back out and get to work.

I still hadn’t finished the parts for the aileron bellcrank so I decided to do that. It took me several tries to get the spacer just right. It took some grinding a little and refit and grind some more. I ended up scraping the first three then was able to make two that worked.

The biggest bolts I have are AN-25 and that not quite big enough so I'll have to order more.
