There was a bit of a learning curve for me making the step inside the 3/4" tube for the bearings. I spent some time on the lathe making some practice parts. I even had a chance to grind my first tool bit. Once I figured out what worked I made the 2 parts I need for the bellcranks.
I cut and attached the 2 arms then cut the slots for the flat stock. Welding the flat stock on was a little tricky. The thinner tube was susceptible to burn through. I had to catch it a couple times.
I welded the flat stock on one bellcrank and the other is just tack welded for now.
