Brief Description: Plugs for the root support tubes
Well, since I ran out of acetylene I found myself poke'n around the local Harbor Freight store. I noticed they had the 7 x 10 mini metal lathe on sale. There was another guy standing there that had one so I asked him how he liked it. Next thing I knew I was loading one onto the back of my truck.
I took it home and started playing with it. I've never used a metal lathe before and I didn't really have a clue how to use it. A little research online and before I knew it I had made my plugs for the root support tubes.
This is going to be fun to have this mini lathe. I know it's way overkill to buy one of these mini lathes for a few Bearhawk parts but now I've learned something new, which is what this is all about anyway. Besides, now I don't have to find someone to make these parts for me and I'm sure I'll find other things to use it for.
