I match drilled the vertical stiffeners for the left side then located them on the spar web. I marked and match drilled the remainder rivet locations on the end plates for both the left and right spars.
I match drilled all the spar caps for the right side. I match 2 capstrips at a time with a #40 hole. I then stacked all 4 capstrips and match drilled most of the holes to #30. I left a few to size #40 to match back to spar web for final drilling.
