I decided to set up and make the rest of the parts on page 5. It's all the spar plates and spacers. Since I made some parts yesterday I figured since I was getting the hang of it I'd keep on going and do them all at once.
I used the Delta Shopmaster band saw to rough cut the pieces from the aluminum sheet. Some of the pieces required a 1/4' hole drilled in the corners prior to cutting on the band saw for a 1/8" radius. I used the HF band saw to fine cut the pieces and a belt sander to finish off the edge. Then I deburred with a 6" and 2" deburring wheel. I used a Dremel tool on the tight corners.
