Well, I had hoped to finish up the last of the ribs today but again I had a couple interruptions. I started on the big ribs and after 5 hours still did not get finished. I thought I read somewhere that someone had done these in 3 hours so I didn't expect to take this long. I'm probably thinking too much. I was concerned about cutting the wrong size lightening holes (and almost did).
The 2 big ribs are edge flanged and the lightening holes cut in both. I did deburr the lightening holes in one rib.
I would had stuck with it and finished them up but we had plans for the evening (Blue Man Group).
