Brief Description: Flange little ribs lightening holes
I was hoping to put a full day in but some other things came up as often does.
I flanged the lightening holes on the rest of the little ribs. These were kind of fun and went pretty quickly. Very little bob stick work was required. I later flanged all the tabs on the aileron nose, pocket and flap pocket ribs.
After home work Andrea came out and drilled the 3/4 inch hole in the aileron nose ribs.
All that is left of ribs to do is the 2 big ones. With any luck I'll have the ceremonial group photo of all 170 ribs tomorrow.
NOTE: I later discovered that the aileron pocket rib did not fit exactly to the rear spar. It was 3/32" too short. In hind sight it might be a good idea to wait to bend the small tab at the bottom later to match the rear spar.
