I can honestly say deburring is my least favorite part of building. Today I deburred all the slots in the aileron nose, pocket and flap pocket ribs. These we're difficult and took a while. I used the 5 inch deburring wheel and the 2 inch wheel on the drill press. I also used the Dremel tool.
I also cut the tabs off the router forms to use them as a forming block.
