I deburred the other big rib and flanged the lightening holes on both. All 170 ribs are done less primer and angle stiffeners. I'm pretty satisfied with the progress so far. I think it's really a testament to the info that is available to bearhawk builders now. It took a little under 7 weeks to form and flange all the ribs.
I was going to start on the spars this week but I just found out the material I ordered 10 days ago still hasn't shipped. That's going to set me back a bit. I'll use the time to catch up on my "farm chores" and work on the angle stiffeners too.
