Brief Description: Flange nose ribs & cut lightening holes
Finished flanging the rest of the nose rib flanges. Andrea helped me by deburring the jig pin holes. I'm going to need her help if we are going to meet our goal of having the Bearhawk flying for her first solo flight.
Cutting the holes went a lot quicker than I expected. In fact I only intended to set up and try a couple. Andrea was helping me by taking the cut ribs, cleaning them (wiping WD-40 off) and keeping me supplied with new ribs. We had a pretty good flow going so we stayed at it until we were done. It tooks us 2 hours and 15 minutes to cut all the nose rib lightening holes.
