Brief Description:  Finished rudder pedals

First thing I did was a little tweaking to make sure the bearing were properly aligned for free movement. They were close but I did make a slight adjustment.

Next I made the attach tabs for the brake cylinder bottom. I made another template to locate the tabs at the proper angle. Basically the bolt hole on the tabs are just above the floor line - roughtly 65-67 degrees angled off the firewall. I used the brake cylinders to locate the tabs in the correct position then I used a bushing to hold the tabs at the correct spacing and used some safety wire to hold the tabs to the frame for tacking. After tacking I removed the safety wire and welded the tabs to the frame.

These brake cylinders were ready to get out of the box! They are the first parts that I bought for my Bearhawk. The shipping date on the box is 4/24/2006!

That competes page plans page # 27! I'm running out of pages!
