Brief Description:  Brake pedals

I decided to work on the brake pedals today. I made a smaller bending radius block and tried to completely cold bend an arm but it didn't work out well. I found the only way to make a nice bend is to bend it as far as I could with the conduit bender then finish the bend with a little heat. After bending 4 good arms I make fish mouth cuts on both ends matching the layout on the table.

I like the way Russ Erb made his pedals as shown on the CD so I did the same. He calls it the rack o' pedals. Basically you weld the pedals as a group to one continuous tube on the bottom then cut apart and repeat the same for the top. It works pretty slick and keeps all 4 pedals uniform.

After welding the top tube I didn't cut it yet because I think I'll take it one step further and weld the brake cylinder brackets on first.
