Brief Description: Installed Aileron Cluch rods and tube link bearing
Used Dremel to increase between back of cockpit and aileron clutch control arms. Also lengthened slot for parachute release handle wire to move it away from aileron linkage bearings so it won't catch on them. Installed aileron clutch tubes and center bolt. Put loctite 243 on nut and installed with the tool I made and tightened to 10Nm. The bolt side tool remove easily but the nut side was stuck. Taped the sections of the 1/4" hex drive extentions together so when I pulled the tape came apart. The hex drive had turned in the nut and wedged it'self in. I put the catch spring back on the hex tool without the cover so it will still fit in the tube (don't know why I didn't do this in the first place). Pushed it back in until it latched on, the turn backward slightly so the hex drive released from the nut, then removed the tool. Installed aileron pushrod link bearings on clutch tube control arms, bolted on using 243 locktite and tightened to 10Nm.
