Brief Description:  F824 fitting

Received and email from Vans with the determination that I'm ok even though I've cut the F887 short I'll be ok with using a little longer rudder stop to compensate for the shortness. Joe at Vans said this area has a light load and the bulk head will be supported by other members. Great news now I can continue with fitting the F824's to the bulk heads. As I moved from F807 to F812 I've had to rebend the flanges of the bulkheads and shape the flange in the radius with a hammer and dolly to make the flange fit the radius better. I learned from someone that the most important thing you can remember is we are building a sheet metal aircraft and its ok to adjust and form fit all the parts. So I'm spending the time to make sure the bulk heads fit nice and tight to the skin. So far so good.
