Set the F824 aft side skins in place and found out the bulk head ink lines do not align with the prepunched holes. So I started adjusting the bulkheads. Each bulk head needed to be tweaked. BIG problem with the main longerons, Shit I've cut them short by 1/4". I'll have to call Vans and determine if I have to buy new F887 and start the process over. Crap what a screw up. In hind sight the plans should have had me lay out the skins IE.. F891, F823, F824, cleco them in the match hole and lay them out on the jig. This would have exactly determined the bulk head locations and the final length of the F887. Additionally if I'd have just left them uncut like the manual said I would not be in this mess.
