Installed the F805A and F806A side bulk heads in the cockpit area. Had to reshape the flages to get a tight fit with the skin then aligned the flange and drilled. pretty straight forward. I do have a little gap at the bottom bracket and the F806A. After bending the flange again it looks better but I may need to install a spacer to take up the small gap. I'm thinking its due to the fact I have to adjust the F823 skin forward to fit the rear spar. I hope this isn't the shape of things to come. The flang of the F807 and the F823 skni match well so I don't see why I should have this problem. Took the F824 side skins down tonight and set them in place. I need to cut the F889 and F888 mid longerons and fit them in place first. Also I need to adjust the flanges on the bulk head and the spacing on the jig to match the prepunched holes with the F824's and the 5/16" lines I've drawn on the flanges.
