Just thinking how I want the doors done. Looking for FLUSH chery rivets. There is enough material in the window frames for a 0.062" countersunk rivet (-2). Not sure on doors.Looked at finish panels on the Bearhawks at Copper State. Realized my "trim to inside of the tube for a fabric covering is NOT ideal. Half way to the tube, and add a 90 degree stiffener to allow an internal panel to be screwed in place is a cleaner installation. Live and learn!
