Panels are 0.032" 2024-T3. In image 1, you can see my "machinist punch" (small block) which makes nice radius corners! Only reaches the edge, but saves time. Image 2 -- holding up some "tin snips" that belonged to my Dad. 70 years ago he worked for an outfit called "Lockheed", Ahem, tin snips were used on a "P-38" what ever that was. Also amonst his tools was a pair of "bent" dividers. One side had the edge peened over. My brother almost tossed them as it didn't make sense why he had a "broken" tool like that. Oh my, comes to sheet metal work... makes lots of sense for quick layout and spacing of rivets!
