Brief Description: trimming H. stab trim to fit elevator counterweigh
The skin of the horizontal stablizer actaully gets in the way of the elevator counterweight, so it needs to be trimmed back. I made a rough mar on the skin as a guide, then used the nibbler tool and some small files to give it a nice edge once cut. The elevator has full movement now.
