Brief Description: Trim tab plate - nut plate riveting.
The corner rivet for the nutplate was a very tight fit for our new back rivet set since there was that flange on the plate. I found a good use for the broken one! I carefully held it in place and gave it a few blasts with the riveter. From my earlier "learning by mistakes" I set the air pressure low on the riveter (about 37psi) and it worked fine. I was able to normally back rivet the others with the new rivet set. Since I did this out of order, I couldn't get a good flat fit agains the back rivet plate. I used the bucking bar underneath and just carefully lined them up.
Using my broken back rivet set for that one tight fitting rivet.
