Brief Description:  Final dimpling and skeleton prep for right elevato

Since I accidentally countersunk the flange of the E-705, so I dimpled the end of the spar where the rib meets. I asked Van's about this and they said it was fine since the flush head screws just had to basically "tack" the rib to the spar while the elevator horn was attached and riveted. One worked fine, but the other elevator didn't. Again, more on this later.

I completed the dimples, deburring, and Scotch-bright scuffing of the parts so they were ready for priming. The skin was dimpled around the holes, and it was ready.
