Brief Description: Match drilling stiffeners and skin holes.
Not much in the way of photos today since this is just a repeat of what I did the first time, but I log the time here anyway. Mostly a bunch of match drilling the stiffeners to the skin after cutting them out and using the grider wheel to smooth, and round all the edges.
Just a warning to be careful where your fingers are on the other side. I ended up getting my finger on the shop side when drilling. Ooops! Just nicked the edge so the 6,000 rpm just left a bit of torn skin on the side of my finger.
Drill stop. The device that keeps you from drilling all the way through finger.
