Brief Description:  Staring at rivets....put in order with Van's

I stared at the rivets again and just was not happy with how it looked. What really put me over the edge was the day before when I was down at the airport flying with my student and saw and RV6 parked nearby. I had to go peek!
That builder had pefectly flat elevator skins and I knew that every time I pre-flighted Tweety, I would see my work when looking at the elevator.
That was it. I had to order new skins and stiffeners. The skins were about $65 each and another $30 for all the stiffeners. $200 order (I did order some ProSeal also while I was at it!).

Hey, doesn't everyone have to replace some skin on their planes somewhere? I joined club of major part screwer upper and replacer. :-)

Sure it would be safe, but I would have to look at it all the time.
