Brief Description:  Counterweight skin riveting and beveling.

I used the bucking bar to rivet the rib to the counterweight skin since it was just too far of a reach for the squeezer. Kind of one of those playing "Twister" with the hands to hold the bucking bar in there againt the rivet with one hand and riveter in the other. Worked out fine though.
Then as the plans say, I used a file to gie the end of the skin a bit of a beveled edge on two sides. It was one of those things with not a whole lot of explaination, so back to Google to see what others did. It seems this will just round the edge once the main (thinner) skin is attached so you don't see a ridge where this skin is. A few builders said they didn't bother with this, but it was just a quick job with a file, so I did it. How far of a bevel? Not sure what was right, but added a rounded edge to the indicated parts.
