Brief Description: Fitting, drilling, and trimming the trim tab horn.
Clekoed the control horn parts onto the trim tab for match drilling. Then since it was kind of a "universal" part for either electric or manual trim, there were parts of the tabs that needed to be cut off. In this case of electric trim, the top hole down to the tip had to be trimmed off. The electric trim needs less leverage to operate than the manual trim. I then looked in the box of parts for the electric trim and found a set of control horns already cut to size. Oh well, I have get a lot of strange satisfaction using the grinder, so this was more fun!
Cleko in place and drill holes.
