Brief Description: New elevators arrive - and cutting stiffeners
Again, kudos to Van's customer service! It was just a few days until I got the big box at my front door with the "High value aircraft parts" on the box.
I started cutting out the stiffeners again. Amazing how fast things go the second time after having some practice! I did then find out that I shorted myself about 8 stiffeners. Qty 1 - bundle of 4. Ah! That's what I missed. I ordered only one when I needed 3 more. Back to Van's site for another order.
The happy box shows up. Van's even dropped off a set of hanger kitties.
