Brief Description:  Riveting the vertical stabilizer rear spar hinges.

While primer dried on the skin, it was a good time to start the riveting of the rear vertical stabilizer spar.
Clekoed the spar reinforcement into the main spar, then did the first riveting on the part. Hinges were the first to go in. There seemed to be some debate on which way the factory head goes on the hinges, but no question on the lower hinge since the front side of the spar has a coutnersunk head on the rivets.
I found that sometimes these longer -4 sized rivets don't squeeze too easily. Sometimes it seems to not squeeze them at first. "Sneaking" up on the proper height a little at a time seemed to work in some cases or a little gentle wiggle of the squeezer until the rivet gives in and squishes down.
