Brief Description:  Priming the left horizontal skin - HS-601PP

I did some more horizonal stiffener priming, as well as started the skin for the left side horizontal stablizer. I first roughted up the surface as well as did some filing of the edges of the skin. There were some very small sharp edegs around the edge of the skin from the factory cutter. Nothing big, just a few minutes of filing each of the rough areas with a small file. I then completed the edges with a good rubbing of Scotch-bright to a smooth finish.
Then it was the same with the inner suface. Just a good roughing with the Scotch-bright pad to give it a gentle scuffing and a duller finish.
Once done, I did a cleaning with Acetone, then sprayed the first layer of primer. If you can see in the photo, I have a cuple of my wire coathanger supports through holes in the top just to keep it from accidetally getting bumped off the table.

First coat. Not super even, but just need it coated for protection.
