Brief Description: Cleko and drill the holes in the skin.
I foun that it's a lot easier to put the spar/rib skeleton in the vertical position on the bench then kind of drape the skin over the assembly. I started at the top and lined up the rib holes and cleckoed in place and workd down (to the rear). Once done, put it flat on the bench for easy drilling.
After making sure the holes lined up, I drilled the #30 holes in the skin/rib/spars in betwen the clekoes hoding it on. I installed them with even spacing of 1 or 2 holes between. Drilled in between then moved cleckos over one hole and drill the final holes.
No problems at all, easy and satisfying afternoon seeing a lot done!
Skin on, and it looks like a vertical stablizer.
Lots of holes to enlarge. Just try not to forget any - it's a pain later!
