Brief Description: Fitting the HR-405 and 404 ribs and drilliing hole
I foud the center of the ribs by measureing and found it to be about 10/32 in from the bend. That came pretty close to the holes that I marked. Once I clamped the ribs in between the HS-601PP skin, they did fit pretty closely flush with the skin. Overall, lining up the hole marks on the flange was pretty close anyway. Some of the flange overlaps the skin a little in a few places, but I figure that could just be filed down a little if needed. Clamped the HR-405 tightly looked at it a few more times, then went at it with the drill making them all #40 sized.
