Brief Description: Fluting and marking the HR-405 and HR-404
After fitting the HR-405 and 404 ribs into place under the skin, I marked the holes so I didn't flute on top of them and mess anything up. It was quick and easy to do. I then fluted the ribs by laying them flat on the table and fluting the part that bowed up the most, then on either side of that bowed part but with a little less force. That seemed to work well and they both lie pretty flat on the table. The other photo you can see all my markings on the rib. I tend to mark them up a lot just to avoid an unfortunate incident!
