After opening the crates, I took inventory of everything. I created an Excel spreadsheet to itemize and track all the various parts. I then separated them into 15 separate piles. When the blueprints call for a part number, the spreadsheet tells me what pile to look in. Given how many parts there are, this seems to help.Anyway, the very first thing to do is a measured cut in aluminum. Took away the preconception that all the parts were precut. Cut it, deburred it and clamped it.
