Brief Description: Making the Cutout for the Rudder
I located and marked the position for the elevator cutout that will allow the rudder to move back and forth. Next I removed the control horns to allow more room to make the cut. Then I drill a 1/4" radius in the corners at the front. Using my dremel tool with a cutoff wheel, I carefully cut along the marks top and bottom to complete the cutout. I then used a file to clean up the edges. I will use the end ribs 6T1-1 to create filler caps on the sides of the elevator cutout.
