Marked location of 4" access hole and 3/8" by 2" cable exit hole for both LH and RH Aft Fuselage side skins. Used fly cutter on drill press to cut access holes and used drill bits and file to shape rudder cable exit holes. Bent splice plates to proper angles using bench vise and small rubber hammer. Cut longerons to proper length using band saw and put the proper angles on the longeron ends with a belt sander.
