Drew out dimensions for 4 Fairlead Mount Blocks on 3/4" Thick Phenolic board and used drill press to cut a 1" center hole and 4 1/8" holes with a couterbore of 1/4" going 1/2" deep on each. Used band saw to cut the 4 blocks from the main board and used belt sander to clean up to final shape/size. Finished assembly by adding the 1/4" I.D. by 3/4" O.D. by 3/4" Long Cable Fairlead (2 Nylon halfs and Retaining Clip).
